Alot of people keep saying pull out the troops, and for some reason, alot of people think that we are in the wrong over here. So you don't think that Bush should have sent troops over? Well, let me just give you an example of why you are wrong.

In the area that I am currently in, there a group of Afghans called Hazarans. These people are the descendants of Mongolians that once tried to conquer Afghanistan. The other group of people here are the Pashtuns. The Pashtuns out number the Hazarans, by quite a deal.... Say Pennsylvania is the area I am in, EVERYWHERE, but Pittsburgh is Pashtun. Thats an exaggeration, but you get the point. Before we got here, the Hazaran people were being wiped out by the Pashtuns. Just for being different. YES, the people here are like that, you bleeding heart ...... If it wasnt for us, they would be gone from this area....and the second we leave, they are in DEEP trouble. These people depend on us, and they DO like us being here. Now not all Pashtun people are evil, lying Taliban. There are a good majority that are decent people. (Now, I dont care what you think, they all lie, and they do it FOR NO GOOD REASON) This is just one of the reasons we are here.
Alot of people think that we will neverr win the hearts and minds, well not for awhile we wont. And no, not everybody. However, when I ride one of our ATVs over to see the little Pashtun kids (the ones with the parents that hate us) They absolutely love me. I play with them as much as possible, and teach them things, and they look at me like I am something great. They take such interest. And these kids dad (one particular family) loves when we come, he shakes our hand, and his face lights up when he sees his kids having so much fun. We bring them socks, and boots, and coats. We really make a difference to some people, even when others just cant be helped.
This is just a little about the area, I will try to post more about it. The important thing to realise is that, we are here for a good reason. We are helping. Im sorry that some of you dont like that people are dying here. But, the ARMY does NOT kill without cause. Pashtun is to 1700s Southerner as Hazaran is to 1700s slave. I know you dont think that is ok (unless you are an intolerant POS), so why is that ok over here? It is NOT ok for you to judge the people over here fighting, when you have no idea whats going on.
